At Pink Cotton, we’re committed to providing quality products and great customer service. Our returns policy is designed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure your rights are protected.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchase:

  • Has a major fault or defect

  • Does not match the description or perform as promised

  • Is not of acceptable quality or unfit for its intended purpose

These rights apply regardless of whether the product is on sale or full price.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. While we are not legally required to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The return is made within 14 days of purchase

Please note: Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. However we are here to help, so please reach out and we will try and resolve any issue with you.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@pinkcotton.com.au. Please email a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
