Pink Cotton ships physical products Australia wide.

We use a range of couriers depending on the size and weight of the products and shipment costs are calculated at checkout.

Products will despatched within 3-5 working days. Please note, once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

Due to their nature, digital products are downloaded as digital files to be used with home/commercial embroidery machines only. We do not make and sell completed projects. We also do not ship digital storage media such as USB drive, floppy disks, hard drives, or any other means of physical file storage.  At checkout, we do not charge shipping fees to our customers. You pay only for the digital files you purchase without shipping/handling fees and charges.
